• Thermoplastic honeycombs of Polypropylene (PP), provide structural lightweight components with additional advantages in energy absorption, reduce vibration and noise, sound and thermal insulation, corrosion resistance and good water/moisture resistance.  To facilitate the ease of bonding honeycomb with other materials, a skin layer of non woven polyester veil is thermo-fused (option with Polypropylene barrier film) on both side of the honeycomb.  The PP honeycomb is suitable for lamination processes in hand layup, low pressure injection and vacuum infusion.  JN honeycomb with cell diameters of 8-10mm and 4-500mm in thickness are available in 3 standard board sizes: 1150 * 2300, 1220 *2135 and 1220 * 2400mm.

• JN participated in BTA 2011. • Jumbo roll of combination mat. JN succeed in making the first delivery of jumbo rolls of combination mat. The rolls are of various widths with the maximum at 2500mm, 250m in length and weight 750kg.
